01Introduction

Welcome to Bravura ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Bravura mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

02Subscriptions and Billing

Bravura offers subscription-based access to premium features ("Pro Membership").

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Apple App Store: If you subscribe via the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Account Settings after purchase.

03User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal.
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the Service.

04Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bravura and its licensors. The "Bravura" name and logo are trademarks of Bravura.

05Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

06Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bravura be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

07Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
